Word has it that thousands of hot rods may be coming from Muskegon Friday morning June 10th on it's way to the Motor City, travelling on M-46 turning South on to M-37 Alpine Ave NW. There may be quite a few Hot Rods to be seen along Alpine Friday beginning at 9:00 a.m.as part of the 2011 Hot Rod Power Tour sponsored in part by Hot Rod Magazine. This is a national tour. Bring a lawn chair and find a seat on the grass at the Alpine Township Hall at Alpine and 6 Mile and enjoy. There is some parking behind the building. No guarantees. The date was erroneously announced on Facebook as Saturday.
