The area of Westshire Ave between Kittery and Biddeford looked more like a giant sand box than a street as a construction crew from Kamminga and Roodvoetz Excavating worked feverishly on the major sewer trunk replacement underneath the road. The road is expected to be re-opened by Friday night. Restoration is to follow.
