Since 2009,
nearly 23,000 children and adults have attended Breakfast on the Farm events
throughout Michigan
to learn about where food comes from. At each event, attendees had a chance to
learn how cows are milked, pet a calf, take wagon rides, see tractors and eat
ice cream.
Make sure to mark Saturday August 4 on
your calendar to take your family to a free Breakfast on the Farm hosted by the May
Farms, 7947 Fruit Ridge in Alpine Township! The event will
include tours of the farm and great food. It will be a fun time you don’t want
to miss! The program runs from 8:00 a.m.
until 1:00 p.m. with breakfast being served from 9:00 a.m. till noon.
