No rain cancellations, beautiful weather, a back up generator; all that helped draw a crowd to Dwight Lydell Park for "Movies at the Park", a program brought to the Comstock Park/Alpine Township community Friday night by Wedgwood Christian Services in partnership with Kent District Library.
It was a "perfect night" to watch "A Perfect Game", a movie based on a true story, a group of boys from Monterrey, Mexico who become the first non-U.S. team to win the Little League World Series. There was free popcorn, a short fashion show, and a dancing presentation as well.
