With the possibility of rain in the forecast, the Alpine Township Library Pet Show was held in the Township Hall. The room was filled to capacity as parents and their children came to either show off their pets or to see the show. There were cats and dogs, a ferret and other pets that fortunately were house broken.
Meanwhile there was a woman soccer game in progress at the Alpine Township Sports Complex, with Barcelona (yellow and red) easily defeating the Latinas this evening.
