Halloween is coming!
Some of us remember going door to door for Halloween as kids, and were grateful for treats handed out by smiling neighbors who ooowed and aaawed about how cute you looked. At the end of the evening, we would take inventory, and hope there was lots of candy corn in our loot. Since that time, Halloween has been commerialized almost as much as Christmas. Certainly the quality of the candy has improved, and some of us love going through the bag of candy our kids or grandkids collect in search of a mini Snicker bar, or some other favorite treat we constantly crave for. More and more adults have gotten into the act as well. Driving through our own residential areas, there are yards decorated so frightening that we adults don't even dare accompany our little kids to the door. Enjoy the season!
